The object at right is an origami duck. It’s an original design by Craig, based on a seagull designed by Isao Honda.
What is origami?
Origami is the art of making decorative objects by folding paper. It’s a traditional Japanese art form. In Japanese, ori means “folding,” and gami means “paper.”
What’s the connection?
What does this duck have to do with Craig and Yumiko Chapin? Frankly, not muchapart from the connection with Japan.
However, if you rearrange the letters in “Craig and Yumiko,” you can spell “an origami ducky.” Find that hard to believe? Just study the diagram below.
